Cutting-Edge Design
Laser
Our laser fabrication services can efficiently and accurately cut almost any type of material with great precision and smooth finish. Laser cutting technology works by firing a high-powered beam of light through material, providing a professional end result that requires little to no clean up.
We currently have (2) 150w laser machines that can hold material up to 51” x 35” and (1) flat bed 260w laser machine that can hold material up at 48″ x 96″, which can cut through acrylic as thick as 1″. The beam width is 0.4mm, allowing for accurate cutting and precise incisions.

CNC Router
From braille holes to metal letters, our CNC Router capabilities can meet your needs. CNC, or Computer Numerical Control, uses computer design to ensure precise signage that shines.
Access48 has both tabletop and industrial-sized CNC routers, allowing us to create signs of unparalleled quality. Our tabletop CNC router is small but mighty, with a bed size of 12” x 16”. Our larger CNC router can hold 4’ x 8’ sheets of material and can cut up to 1” thick.
